This Global Shipping Policy applies to all orders placed on the website operated by Hugpupy, managed by KINGDOM SUPPLY & MARKETING LLC.

We ship worldwide and comply with international shipping, import, and logistics regulations to ensure safe and efficient delivery.

After placing an order, the following processing timelines apply:

  • Processing time: 1–3 business days

  • Orders are processed Monday–Friday

  • Orders placed on weekends or holidays begin processing on the next business day

  • During high-volume periods (Black Friday, Cyber Monday, holidays), processing may require additional time

3. Shipping Times (Global)

Delivery time varies depending on the destination country.

Estimated Global Delivery Windows:

  • United States: 5–12 business days

  • Canada: 7–15 business days

  • Europe (EU/UK): 7–15 business days

  • Middle East (UAE, KSA, Qatar): 6–14 business days

  • Asia: 7–20 business days

These are global estimates and may vary due to external factors including customs clearance, weather disruptions, strikes, or carrier delays.

4. Tracking Information

All orders include tracking.

  • Tracking numbers are sent via email once the order is shipped.

  • Some carriers may require up to 48 hours to update tracking activity online.

  • Tracking updates may vary depending on the country and last-mile carrier.

5. Shipping Regions

Hugpupy ships to most countries worldwide, except regions with trade restrictions, import embargoes, or carrier limitations.

If an order is placed to a restricted region, Hugpupy reserves the right to cancel and refund the purchase.

6. Customs, Duties & Import Taxes

Depending on the destination country, customers may be subject to customs clearance procedures, including:

  • Import taxes

  • Duty fees

  • VAT

  • Administrative charges

These fees:

  • Are not included in product or shipping prices.

  • Are the responsibility of the customer.

  • Are non-refundable.

Refusal to pay customs fees does not qualify for a refund under our Refund Policy.

7. Incorrect Address or Address Errors

Customers are responsible for entering a complete and accurate shipping address.

Hugpupy is not responsible for:

  • Incorrect or incomplete addresses

  • Failed deliveries due to recipient unavailability

  • Packages returned to sender due to address errors

If a package is returned due to address issues:

  • Re-shipping may be offered (customer covers the cost)

  • Refunds cannot be issued for address errors

8. Failed Delivery Attempts

Carriers may attempt delivery multiple times.

If the customer is unreachable or unavailable:

  • The package may be held at a pickup point

  • The package may return to sender after the holding period

Hugpupy is not responsible for failed deliveries caused by customer unavailability.

9. Lost or Stolen Packages

Lost in Transit If a package is confirmed lost by the carrier:

  • Hugpupy will issue a full replacement, or

  • A full refund.

Carrier tracking must confirm the loss.

Stolen After Delivery If tracking shows “Delivered” but the package is missing:

  • Hugpupy is not responsible for theft or losses after delivery.

  • The customer must file a claim with the local carrier.

  • We may assist when possible but cannot guarantee replacement.

10. Delays Beyond Our Control

The following factors may cause extended delivery times:

  • Customs inspections

  • Weather disruptions

  • Airline capacity shortages

  • Political instability

  • Natural disasters

  • Carrier operational delays

These delays do not qualify for refunds.

11. Order Splitting

For operational efficiency, orders with multiple items may be shipped separately. Each shipment receives an individual tracking number.

12. Logistics Partners

Hugpupy ships through global logistics networks, including:

  • USPS, UPS, FedEx

  • DHL, Royal Mail, PostNL

  • Correios (Brazil)

  • Aramex, DPD, Cainiao

  • Regional carriers depending on destination

The exact carrier varies based on warehouse location and destination.

13. Shipping Fees

Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on:

  • Destination country

  • Chosen shipping method

  • Package weight and size

Shipping fees are non-refundable, except in cases where Hugpupy caused the error.

14. Changes to Shipping Address After Purchase

Once an order is processed or shipped:

  • Address changes may not be possible.

  • Hugpupy cannot guarantee rerouting.

  • Customers may need to contact the carrier directly.
